Terms
• You must be 18 years or older, have an active telegram account and agree to both these Terms of Service and the Code of Conduct to attend Anthros & Alpine.
• Attendance requires a valid, personal ticket purchased through our official ticketing platform. Transferring a ticket to another person is allowed, but must be handled directly by the Anthros & Alpine Registration Team.
• Anthros & Alpine reserves the right to deny entry or revoke a ticket in case of safety concerns, rule violations, or failure to follow the Code of Conduct.
• Anthros & Alpine reserves the right to cancel and refund a ticket shortly after purchasing if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the attendee does not align with the core values or intent of the event.
• Anthros & Alpine may revoke and refund a ticket if the attendee is found to be banned from another Norwegian or European furry convention.

Ticket fee
When buying tickets, there will be a checkin service fee for 4.2% of the order amount added to all orders.
Checkin’s guidelines for purchase
When buying tickets through Checkin, you accept both Anthro & Alpine’s and Checkin’s terms of service. You can review Checkin’s Terms of Service here: https://www.checkin.no/terms-and-conditions
Ticketing Terms and Refunds
• All ticket sales are considered final.
• Ensure your ticket and addons are correctly selected before purchasing.
• If you are missing addons, you may add them by editing your booking through the link provided in your confirmation email if registration is open.
• Removing addons or transferring the ticket to a new person must be done by emailing [email protected]
• For issues or corrections, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll try to help if possible.
Cancellation of the event
Anthros & Alpine reserves the right to cancel the event. If this occurs, the cost of tickets will be refunded (minus non-refundable service fees and fixed costs). Refunds will be processed within 60 days of cancellation notice.
Please be aware that if the event is cancelled due to a FORCE MAJEURE situation, relevant policies will be applied (see below for details).
Moving the event
Anthros & Alpine has the right to alter the date and/or location of the event at Anthros & Alpine’s discretion. If the event is moved, all purchased tickets will continue to be valid for new date and location.
Force Majeure
Anthros & Alpine’s obligations to the ticket holders, also the execution of the event, including the right to refund and compensation cease partially or fully if the event is hit by a FORCE MAJEURE situation before or during the event.
Force Majeure are cases that Anthros & Alpine has no control over. These are situations that Anthros & Alpine could not reasonably predict, avoid or overcome. This includes, but is not limited to natural disasters, significant damage to event location (such as fire), changes in local security, and any other potential threats to our attendees or Anthros & Alpine.
Privacy policy
When you visit our website (hosted on WordPress), WordPress collects some basic data automatically. This includes your IP address, browser type, and any pages you visit, which helps us understand site usage and improve functionality. We don’t use cookies for tracking.
For attendees, we access the information you submit through Checkin.no. All personal information is collected and stored at Checkin.no, please see their privacy policy for more information: https://www.checkin.no/en/privacy-policy
How Your Information is Used
• All information is handled in line with Norwegian regulations. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties unrelated to the operation of the convention.
• If you email us, we keep the information you send for no more than needed depending on the type of information, and no more than 180 days.
• On-site, hotel or Anthros & Alpine’s staff will check your legal ID to confirm your identity.
• We share necessary information with the hotel to provide the services you need for your stay and event participation. This includes your full name, birthdate, food allergies, and dietary preferences for meal planning, room booking, and check-in.
Data Deletion
If you would like us to delete your information, please email us at [email protected]. For data stored with Checkin.no, please contact them directly.
Code Of Conduct
The Golden Rule
Any action or behavior that causes significant interference with convention operations, excessive discomfort to other attendees, or adversely affects Anthros & Alpine’s relationship with its guests, its venues, or the public is strictly forbidden and may result in removal from premises and a potential ban.
General Behavior
• Treat others with respect.
• Always ensure you have consent for your behavior.
• You’re personally responsible for your own actions and liable for any damage that you may have caused to other persons or property. Anthros & Alpine and the venue reserve the right to claim financial compensation for any damage.
• You’re expected to follow Norwegian laws, the rules set by the premises, and Anthros & Alpine’s Code of Conduct.
• Public display of adult-themed materials and activities is not permitted.
• Please remember limitations that fursuiters have in perception and mobility and treat them with care.
• Any other activities that may adversely affect bystanders or property, like mock fights and the like, are not allowed without explicit permission from the head of security (medicurity).
Registration
• You MUST be at least 18 years old when attending Anthros & Alpine.
• Anthros & Alpine requires a convention ticket to attend the convention unless specifically approved by the board.
• You are not allowed to assist someone else who does not have a valid registration to attend Anthros & Alpine.
Substance Policies
The possession, consumption, or sale of illegal substances as per Norwegian law will not be tolerated. The same applies to the abuse of any other substances.
Alcohol Policy
• Alcohol above 60% ABV (120 proof) is not permitted by Norwegian law.
• Consumption of alcoholic beverages within the hotel area is permitted only if purchased from the licensed bar & restaurant operating within the hotel.
• Due to Norwegian law, you may NOT consume alcoholic beverages in public areas, such as streets, parks, or beaches.
Drug Policy
The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited at the convention. This applies to all areas within the event premises.
Consumption of narcotics or any other illegal substances is not allowed anywhere during the event.
It is also forbidden to share, give away, or distribute any medication without a valid prescription or in any manner that violates applicable laws.
Violations of these rules may result in removal from the event and notification to the police or other authorities.
Smoking Policy
• Smoking or vaping is only allowed in outdoor areas.
• Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited.
Clothing/Attire
• Security staff have final say on what constitutes permitted attire. For any questions about specific clothing, attire, or materials, ask for the lead of security (medicurity) or the Board Lead.
• Leashes are strictly prohibited.
• Nudity or excessively revealing clothing is not allowed in public spaces.
• Full body harnesses are only allowed to be worn while fursuiting.
• All other exposure of apparel that can be classified as “fetish gear” is not permitted in public.
• No body paint is allowed except for smear-safe makeup.
Fursuiting
• Your health always comes first! Please be wary of potentially cold outdoor temperatures when fursuiting outdoors or cooling off outside.
• If there is a risk of a medical emergency, remove your fursuit head immediately and contact the nearest staff person. First responders may cut your clothing and/or fursuit in case of emergency.
• You are responsible for your own fursuit at all times.
Hate Speech, Harassment, and Discrimination
• Any speech or text that encourages or supports discrimination, violence, or harassment based on race, sexual orientation, gender, age, religion, nationality, or medical conditions is not allowed.
• Any symbols that support or encourage hateful movements or organizations are not allowed.
Weapons, Look-alikes, and Dangerous Items
• Follow Norwegian laws regarding weapons or look-alike weapons in public spaces.
• All weapons, including look-alikes, tools, and toys must be approved by convention security (medicurity).
Activities and Well-being
• As the convention is hosted during the winter, all attendees are responsible for wearing appropriate winter gear while venturing outside.
• All attendees are responsible for their own health and well-being, especially during outdoor activities like skiing.
• All attendees choosing to participate in skiing should be familiar with Norefjell’s safety rules.
• Anthros & Alpine is only responsible for activities within the venue.
Photography and Video
• Do not photograph or record anyone in situations where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy, including interventions by convention security (medicurity) or first responders. Distributing such content is strictly prohibited.
• Respect others around you. If someone doesn’t want to be photographed or filmed, you are not allowed to.
• Attendees are free to use their photos and videos in their personal social media channels with permission of those visible in their content.
• All other commercial uses require written permission in the form of media accreditation by the Anthros & Alpine board.
• Restrictions or other rules may apply for certain events and areas.
Pets and Animals
• Only licensed service animals are permitted into the convention space and must be approved by both Anthros & Alpine and the hotel well in advance of the convention.
• Please email [email protected] at least 1 month before the event.
Hotel in General
• Reckless or disruptive behavior is not permitted for the safety and enjoyment of all hotel guests. Attendees may not enter the service areas of the hotel or restricted convention areas.
• Clean off your shoes after entering from the outside, and do not wear outdoor shoes in bedrooms or living rooms.
• Stickers may only be placed on designated surfaces. Applying stickers or items can cause permanent damage to the hotel or venue and is prohibited and may incur financial repercussions.
• Commercial activities are not permitted at the venue.
